Total participants are 40, including 10 Japanese experts, and CHEN,LI-HUA, HUANG,JU-CHIEH, XUE,YA-CI, CHANG,YUEH-HSIA, LIN,JUN-YI, and CHEN,JIAN-HAN professors from Graduate Institute of Curriculum and Instruction, PAN,HUI-LING professor from Graduate Institute of Educational Policy and Leadership, LIN,JIAN-ZONG principal from Xinshi Elementary School; RONG,MING-JIE principal from Xizhi Secondary School, SU,YING-QUN and WANG,YA-ZHEN principal from Pinding Elementary School. For starter, feedback forum given by Japanese scholars after they visited Taiwan’s learning community schools, and then they had Q&A time. Later, 森田智幸 teacher talked about 1. Network and strategies carried out by learning community schools in 山形県山形city 2. Study and practical experience of learning community.
